1986 Jefferson 45 Motor Yacht

The interior of the this 45 Jefferson is very good condition and features Beautiful Teak paneling and arch top doors throughout. There are a lot of very nice custom updates and décor everywhere you look, such as stained glass in the cabin entry doors, full length bulkhead mirrors in the salon, custom lighting, newer screens and much more.

The forward stateroom offers angled upper & lower berths, a private head with newer electric toilet, Air/heat, hanging locker/storage, opening hatch and lighting throughout.

Moving aft is the galley to starboard and large booth dinette opposite on the same level to port.

Moving aft from the galley/dinette and up some steps is the lower helm station and salon. You can also access this area easily from the starboard sliding wheelhouse door. The salon offers a ton of natural lighting and features a teak parquet floor with area rug, custom full length mirror, sofa, chair, tables, lamps and everything else you'd need to feel right at home!

Aft from the salon and down a set of stairs is the master stateroom featuring a Queen size island bed with custom innerspring mattress w/foam memory top. This is a very large full beam stateroom and has 16 drawers, a ton of countertop space, large full length hanging locker/closet, sitting area, vanity or desk/office space and a private head with separate tile floor shower.

Up and out the stained glass cabin entryway and you are out on one of the largest aft decks on a boat of this size, all under cover of the hard top and includes 6 vinyl wicker deck chairs, custom screens, custom under hard top LED lighting and a bar area with a Haier fridge/freezer and Flat screen TV.

Last but not least is the upper bridge deck/helm featuring enough seating for a crowd. There are two swivel captains chairs and two large bench seats with storage underneath. The canvas is white stamoid.

The galley features a Newer full size Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer that is off set on an angle, a Panasonic microwave, Galley Maid Oven and 3 burner stove top, Stainless sink w/sprayer, wood parquet floor, lots of storage and a huge booth dinette directly opposite on the same level.

The upper helm has a C-80 color radar/plotter, Raymarine St 40 digital compass, Standard Horizon VHF Radio, Ensign 735 digital tachs, Intercom system to the cabin, Sony Bluetooth Stereo, Air horns and remote spotlight.

The lower helm has a Ray Jeff 7878 VHF Radio, Digital tachs, spot light control, Sony Bluetooth Stereo and redundant engine gauges. Also in the lower salon area is a Davis weather station.

Has a Westerbeke 8kw diesel generator (approx. 1700 hours) 3 batteries, twin 30amp shore service or one 50amp, Electric windlass and electric dinghy crane davit.

Has a bow pulpit, anchor/line, windlass, two forward deck storage boxes, fender racks, opening deck hatch, molded-in foredeck seat with newer cushions, Marquipt boarding ladder, aft deck hard top, White Stamoid bimini with isinglass enclosures, electric crane davit on hard top, "Sand Penny" fiberglass dinghy, 6 aft deck chairs, Custom 4' Extended swim platform/ladder and all boating related safety gear.
